The following information is intended to describe, in general, the management methods of the website (hereinafter the "Portal") and this information is prepared on the basis of the principle of transparency and all the required elements by the GDPR and is divided into individual sections in order to make reading faster, easier and easier to understand (hereinafter the "Information").

The Portal offers commercial information and, sometimes, interactive content. While browsing the site, the Company may acquire information about the visitor, in the following ways:

- Navigation data.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Portal acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. The mandatory data to be entered are clearly indicated as they are marked with an asterisk, the other data are entered voluntarily and failure to enter has no consequence. The user is invited to keep this data updated by logging into his personal account. The legal basis for this treatment is art. 6.1.b of the Regulations, i.e. the execution of measures requested by the user. The user who chooses to activate the account via social media must be aware that the Portal may collect some data that the user has already provided to this social media (eg. E-mail address and public profile). The data controller has no control over the social media and does not establish the social media privacy settings. The user must therefore refer to the privacy policy of the social media he uses.

- Newsletters and commercial communications

The user can voluntarily choose to receive newsletters and commercial communications. The site asks for explicit and free consent before undertaking promotional initiatives of this type and can ask the user for additional information in order to create personalized and more relevant communications. The user can always easily revoke his consent which is the legal basis for this treatment (Article 6.1.a of the Regulations).

- Trade orders

In the event of an order, the site asks the user to provide personal data for the essential purpose of providing the service or good purchased, including the post-sales phase (e.g. delivery tracking, assistance services, customer satisfaction) and fraud prevention activities and improper use of the Portal. The legal basis of the processing is the fulfillment of contractual obligations (Article 6.1.b of the Regulation). For payments, the site uses third-party suppliers and does not keep banking information belonging to the user. - Profiling

The purpose of profiling is to offer products, services and initiatives more suited to the preferences, habits and interests of users. The processing of personal data is carried out mainly using electronic procedures and supports for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected and, in any case, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, non-excess and relevance provided for by the current privacy legislation. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.



From the Portal it is possible to connect, through appropriate links, to other websites or it is possible from third party websites to connect to the Portal. The Data Controller declines any responsibility for any request and / or release of personal data to third party sites and for the management of authentication credentials provided by third parties.


Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to pursue the purposes outlined in this Notice. We inform you that the data relating to the navigation logs, if registered, will be kept by the Data Controller for a period of 3 months.
